Hello everyone:
Welcome to registration for the 2023 Seth Raynor Society Spring Gathering at the Dedham Country and Polo Club, May 23-24.
The schedule for the Gathering is as follows:
May 23: 2 p.m. shotgun start. All items in the Gin Shack (halfway house) are included in your event fee. After golf, there will be a cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner. Attire is golf casual. Architect Brian Silva, who oversaw the restoration/renovation of Dedham, will be the speaker.
May 24: Shotgun start at 10 a.m. Box lunches will be available for pickup in the Gin Shack. All items in the Shack are included in your event fee. Members will have use of the bar/restaurant following golf.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let me know.
Participants will have access to locker rooms for both days.
Cost for the Event
Seth Raynor Society Member Taking a Cart (two people per cart): $700
Seth Raynor Society Member Taking a Caddie: $640 (Bag fee is a minimum of $80 per day per person.
Seth Raynor Society Member Who is Also a Dedham Member: $155.
We have a block of rooms reserved at Holiday Inn, Dedham Hotel & Conference Center, 55 Ariadne Rd., Dedham, approximately four miles from the club.

It will bring you to the hotel’s main reservation page. From there, click on the “Book Now” tab located in the top right corner. This will bring you to the Calendar Page where you will select your date of arrival and departure within the group room block. This brings you to your customized reservation landing page where they will select your room type and complete their reservation. The Rate Preference will read, “Group Rate Travel Agent. Rooms must be reserved by April 22.
